Concrete Overlay and Sealings
Overlay coatings are ideal for patios and foot traffic areas. The concrete is prepared by grinding the area and patching/ repairing cracked or damaged areas. 
  • The first coat of the overlay is applied to the cleaned surface and seals the concrete surface. The second coat increases durability. The third coat includes a sealant to resist any moisture or chemical penetrating the overlay. 
  • The final coating is a high solid epoxy coating which includes a virtually unlimited choice of colors. 
Concrete overlays resurface concrete in order to lay a beautiful new surface finished just the way you want. Finishes include acid stain, concrete polishing, and pretty much any color you can imagine. Staining concrete can potentially evolve your plain slab into decorative concrete the neighbors envy.
